These Subscription Terms apply to any recurring paid plan offered on Devinity Studios.
1. Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) until cancelled. You authorize Devinity and its payment processors to charge the payment method on file for each billing period.
2. Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless cancelled before the renewal date.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that time.
4. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with reasonable advance notice. Changes apply to your next billing period.
5. Refunds
Subscription fees for the current period are non-refundable except where required by law or as described in the Refund Policy.
6. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your subscription for non-payment or violation of our Terms.
