This Refund Policy describes when and how refunds may be granted on Devinity Studios.
1. Digital Assets
Because digital assets are delivered instantly and can be downloaded, all sales of digital assets are generally final once the asset has been delivered or downloaded.
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- The asset was misrepresented in the listing.
- The asset is broken, corrupted, or fundamentally non-functional.
- The asset is found to infringe third-party rights.
2. Commissions
Commission credits are held while the order is active. If the developer does not accept within 24 hours, the order closes and the held credits are returned automatically.
A client may request an administrator refund review only before accepting the screened delivery file. Administrators may compare the original brief, references, on-site chat, and submitted work. Accepting the delivery releases the credits and ends ordinary refund eligibility, preventing a client from keeping a file and also reclaiming its purchase price.
3. Subscriptions
Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel future renewals at any time. See the Subscription Terms.
4. Devinity Credits
Credit-pack purchases are generally final once credits are delivered or used, except where required by law. Approved refunds, reversals, or payment disputes may remove unused purchased credits and may create an account deficit or reverse related developer earnings when those credits were already spent.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered abuse and may result in account suspension or termination.
6. How to Request a Refund
Contact us through the Platform with your order details and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 7 business days.
7. Discretion
Devinity Studios reserves final discretion over refund decisions consistent with this Policy and applicable law.
