1. Roles

Asset Seller

Upload and sell digital assets, receive payouts, and must own all uploaded content.

Commission Provider

Create service listings, accept commissions, and deliver agreed work to clients.

Team Member

Approved manually by Devinity Studios to participate in official projects. Approval as a Team Member does not create an employment relationship unless a separate written agreement is signed by both parties.

2. Content Ownership

• You confirm you own or hold full rights to all content you upload.
• No stolen, copied, leaked, or infringing assets may be uploaded.
• Devinity Studios may remove any content that violates its policies.

3. Account Standing

Devinity Studios may suspend or terminate developer accounts for violations of this Agreement or any other policy, at its discretion.

4. Taxes & Earnings

You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on earnings generated through the Platform.

5. Listing & Delivery Responsibility

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all listings.
• You must deliver commissioned work as described and within agreed timelines.
• You must accept or decline a commission request within 24 hours. Unaccepted requests expire and are refunded automatically.
• Completed commission files must be uploaded through Devinity in a supported Roblox format and pass administrator screening before delivery.
• Commission credits remain held and are not earned or cash-out eligible until the client accepts the screened delivery.
• All commission communication and payment must remain on Devinity. Asking a client to move off-site may result in suspension or a permanent ban.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Chargebacks initiated without contacting Devinity first, scams, harassment, fraud, and misleading listings are strictly prohibited and may result in termination.

7. Marketplace Fees

Devinity Studios may collect marketplace fees from transactions. Fee amounts are disclosed prior to listing or purchase.

8. Credits, Earnings & Cash-Outs

• Marketplace earnings are credited to your account as earned Devinity Credits.
• Earned credits may be used to purchase assets or commissions on the Platform at the same spending value as purchased credits.
• Only earned credits are eligible for cash-out; purchased credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cash-outs pay 86¢ per 100 earned credits, with Devinity retaining 14%. A minimum of 2,326 earned credits ($20.00) is required for each cash-out request.
• You must connect and maintain an eligible, verified payout account. Cash-outs may be delayed, rejected, reversed, or reduced for provider fees, refunds, disputes, fraud, reserves, taxes, or legal compliance.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of payout and tax information and for taxes on your earnings.

9. License to Devinity

You grant Devinity Studios a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, market, and promote your listings on the Platform.

10. No Employment

Approval as a Team Member or any other role does not constitute employment, partnership, joint venture, or ownership interest with or in Devinity Studios.
