Devinity Studios respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same.

1. Prohibited Content

  • Stolen, leaked, or pirated assets.
  • Content that copies or derives from another creator's work without permission.
  • Content infringing trademarks, copyrights, or other IP.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is alleged to be infringing and its location on the Platform.
  • Your contact information (address, phone number, email).
  • A statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with similar identifying information and a sworn statement.

4. Repeat Infringers

Devinity will terminate accounts of users found to be repeat infringers.

5. Discretion

We may remove content at our discretion even outside the formal DMCA process when content violates our policies.
