This Agreement applies to all buyers and commission clients on Devinity Studios. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
1. Listing Review
You are responsible for reviewing listings — including titles, descriptions, previews, and pricing — before completing a purchase.
2. Digital Asset Refunds
Digital assets may not be refundable after delivery except as set out in the Refund Policy.
3. Commissions
- Commission purchases are agreements between the client and the creator.
- Your credits are held until the developer accepts, an administrator screens the Roblox delivery file, and you accept the delivery.
- If the developer does not accept within 24 hours, the commission closes and the held credits are returned automatically.
- You may request a refund review before accepting the delivered file. Once you accept and receive the file, the commission is final except where required by law.
- Your project brief and uploaded references form the delivery record used when reviewing disputes.
- You agree to communicate respectfully with creators and provide reasonable feedback.
- You must keep commission communication and payment on Devinity. Requesting or agreeing to off-site payment or project communication may result in a ban.
4. Store Credits
- You must provide valid payment information to purchase Devinity Credits.
- Credits cost 1 US cent each and are the payment method for marketplace assets and commissions.
- Credits have no cash value for buyers, cannot be transferred to another account, and may be restricted while a payment, refund, or dispute is reviewed.
- Developer-earned credits follow the separate cash-out rules in the Developer Agreement.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Harassment of creators or other users.
- Chargeback abuse.
- Fraud or attempts to abuse the Platform.
6. Marketplace Role
Devinity Studios acts as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and creators. Devinity is not responsible for disputes caused by inaccurate listings or failures by creators, but may mediate disputes at its discretion.
