This Seller Agreement applies to anyone who lists assets or commission services on the Devinity Studios marketplace.
1. Ownership of Content
- You confirm you own or have full rights to all content you upload.
- No stolen, copied, leaked, or infringing material may be uploaded.
- You are solely responsible for the legality of your listings.
2. Listing Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of titles, descriptions, previews, and pricing. Misleading listings are prohibited and may be removed.
3. Delivery & Service
For commissions, you must deliver work as described and within agreed timelines. Repeated failure to deliver may result in account suspension.
Commission requests must be accepted within 24 hours. Work files must be uploaded through Devinity in a supported Roblox format, screened by an administrator, and accepted by the client before held credits are released.
4. Fees & Payouts
Devinity may collect a marketplace fee on each transaction. Payouts are subject to processing timelines and fraud review.
Sales are credited as earned Devinity Credits. Earned credits may be spent on the Platform or cashed out through a verified payout account at 86¢ per 100 credits, with a minimum cash-out of 2,326 credits ($20.00). Devinity retains 14% on cash-outs. Purchased credits may be spent on the Platform but are not eligible for cash-out.
5. Taxes
You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on income earned through the Platform.
6. License to Devinity
You grant Devinity Studios a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, market, promote, and distribute your listings on the Platform.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Chargeback abuse, scams, fraud.
- Harassment of buyers or other creators.
- Circumventing the Platform to avoid fees.
- Requesting off-site chat, payment, or delivery for a Devinity commission. Both clients and developers may be banned for participating in off-platform transactions.
8. Enforcement
Devinity may remove listings, withhold payouts pending review, and suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this Agreement.
